$45 Billion+ in PERMANENT Tax Relief Under Brian White

• We currently pay an effective income tax rate of 3.1%–lower than Georgia’s 3.7% effective rate, and North Carolina’s 4.1% effective rate. Brian White voted for a bill just this year, lowering the effective rate to 2.54% through a new, simplified two-rate income tax system. That means MORE in your pocket each paycheck.
• Two decades of conservative budgeting from State Representative Brian White led us to surplus funds this year. Rather than spend this money, Brian White voted to return it to YOU—and the bill passed in 2022!
• A fiscal hawk, Brian White did all of this while rejecting massive spending plans from Democrats and even led the charge to increase the state “rainy day” fund from 5% of our annual budget to 7%, creating a smart cushion to shield taxpayers when times get tough.

Cutting Useless Projects, Giving Raises to:

• Increased starting pay for our TEACHERS by 25%.
• Increased based pay for LAW ENFORCEMENT by 17%.
• Increased pay across-the-board for STATE EMPLOYEES by 3% in addition to the largest ever one-time bonus of $1,500 for every state employee.

Save Women’s Sports is on its way to the Governor’s desk to be signed into law.

Boys Don’t Belong on Girls Sports Teams! 

“As the father of daughters who play sports, this is personal. It’s a no-brainer that boys don’t belong in girls’ sports. Anything else is ridiculous.” – State Representative Brian White 

When biological boys play in girls’ sports, they steal long-standing, hard-earned athletic records of achievement almost instantly—science tells us why, too; they are boys not girls. This is wrong! 

Recently, biological boys who changed their gender began playing on girls’ sports team in competition. This meant girls who worked for years to earn college scholarships now had to compete against boys to win competitions, making it twice as hard for girls to get into college on a scholarship. That’s wrong. 

Brian White co-sponsored AND voted to save women’s sports, demanding boys play against boys and girls play against girls—it’s that simple. And he got the bill passed!  

School Choice Education Scholarship Accounts have passed the S.C. Senate and the S.C. House.

The Education Scholarship Accounts bill will have to go to conference committee to iron out minor details. But it should pass out of conference committee too. Then it will head to the Governor’s desk. This is a huge milestone in the fight for school choice.
